I am pooped, nothing is getting done.
- I dumped my clean laundry on the bed with all intentions to put it away over the weekend yet still I slept beside them last night.
- The pile of dirty dishes in my sink reached critical mass this morning where I ran out of cutlery for breakfast and was forced to do the dishes, I did all the cutlery but 3 dishes were left dirty.
- Work starts at 8:00am but you will probably find me at home at 8:30
- Work ends at 5pm but you will probably find me at home at 5pm as by the time 4pm come I am ready to leave. (the 5pm traffic doesn't help either)
It has been a long time since I last got some days off work and it is long overdue.

you sound like u really need some time off, a week alone might not be enough
I work for myself so bwoy I know what you mean. Sad thing is that I'm out of the country and am supposed to be on vacation right now yet everyday I have to do some work by e-mail or phone. And thinking about all the work I have to do when I get back from this trip just makes me completely exhausted!
Damn, being an adult isn't as much fun as it appeared when I was a kid!
I sure hope you get your time off soon and get some rest.
I agree with Jamaipanese. You seem to be a bit burnt out. Get it soon before circumstances force you to do so.
*stuuupse* I came here fully expecting to hear about you and noodles mekkin' up. *dodges bottle* LOL.
Well, if you only had one fork and one plate you wouldn't have a problem with dirty dishes, now would you?
Look at it this way: from your job's perspective you are replaceable; from your family's perspective you are not. When you go stark raving mad on the job, they'll just find someone else, so demand ur time off and take it.
lol at SE
actually given all the house work that needs to be done, perhaps a replacement noodle is in order....
i agree with SE, demand time...call in sick,...take a menatl health day
it wasn't postponed too long, I get this Friday off and the rest of next week :D
A replacement noodle to do my house work? lol most girls laugh at me when I hand them the mop :(
I'd probably laugh too :-D
I can't tell you how many times that sleeping next to clean clothes used to happen to me, especially while I was in undergrad. Everything you're saying is receipe for "I need a vacation." I'm feeling your pain. Stay strong warrior!!
A replacement of noodle...now that should be interesting. good luck!
...what is the topic here getting rest or finding a new noodle... which ever one i wish you luck
LOL - Wohooooo. So is who you hand a mop - Noodle? LOL
But I second Bobby - I wish you luck on the topic(s). :)
yute... I know what you talking bout..
i've missed at least one class everyday this week. And its not because I woke up late. The mind willing but the body saying something else(or the other way around)
Take it easy
Solution to Dirty dishes in the sink - Use Disposable plates/forks sometimes
Solution to feeling tired - take a day off from work
Solution to finding a noodle replacement - (scrathing head) cant help with that one there! :-)
Take a week off!!!!!
lol im not that lazy to start buying disposable stuff :p
Adrian,
why don't you just hire somebody? Put something into the economy and she'll know where to find the mop and she won't smirk.
Also, seems like the rain has you down. Why don't you do something fun this weekend. Go shopping and buy yourself something techie.
man I've had clean clothes on the bed so long its snoores at night
I'm too much of a neat freak to have clothes on my bead and dishes in my sink for any extended period of time.
I have my vacation in November, i can't wait for a break from work! It's so hard to get myself to go to work these days.
Take time off. I do. In fact, I am on time off right now. Its "back to work" tomorrow though. :-(
clean clothes on the bed at night ok....but the dirty dishes seem like dem been there a while long.... :S cant have that sah
cleanliness deh beside godliness...u r nasty!..LOL~
